Alexa Fortman

Biography

I grew up playing many different sports and became involved in a variety of extracurricular activities, being a part of successful teams in soccer, basketball and track. I developed a love of running and competing at a young age. I entered and won several 5Ks. I went on to be a 7-time Ohio state champion in track and field in my high school career. As a true student-athlete, I worked hard in the classroom to be valedictorian of my class and earned a scholarship to Belmont University. My Christian faith is extremely important to me and influences how I treat my teammates and competitors.
