Biography

My purpose is to bring awareness to mental health and advocate for change within every athletic department by equipping both athletes and coaches with experiences and resources that cultivate connection and fuel self-belief. Outside of athletics I’m a nursing major and a strong believer in Christ! I love traveling the world, cultivating connection and community everywhere I go :)
