Biography

Division 1 (NCAA) athlete at Radford University. -Started playing tennis at 6 years old and joined a program to engage in more detailed training. I joined a tennis academy in 6th grade to advance my game as much as I could. Academy included tennis practices, fitness training, and independent online schooling. - Something that has really shaped me as a person is I started coaching tennis at 13 years old. Just starting off with volunteering for outreach programs then expanding. I have continued to do this and in addition, teach private lessons and group clinics to help pay for my education. Age ranges 5-60's and beginner-mediate level players.

Career Highlights:

-As a junior, was ranked 1st in her state, 70th in the southern region and 211th in the nation. Brandow has won various top junior level one and two tournaments and is a member of the USTA Excellence Team. -Contributed strongly to both singles and doubles play as a freshman … Posted a 7-11 singles record on court four which was the most wins in the conference at that flight … Posted an 11-7 record on court two doubles which was the best record in the conference at that flight and tied for most doubles wins among all conference players … Picked up a huge win clinching the semifinals match against Presbyterian in three sets … Was named to first-team all-conference doubles.
