Baseball is just a small part of my life and my aspirations stretch far beyond my time on the diamond. While playing baseball at Southern Virginia University, I am also fulfilling my dream of becoming a neurosurgeon. I am double majoring in biology and biochemistry and on track to graduate in 2028 with bachelors in both biology and biochemistry. Olympic weightlifting is my most passionate athletic endeavour. When not studying or playing baseball, you can find me in the gym training, as I am striving to compete at the national and eventually the world and olympic levels. Growing up in Utah and spending most summers in California, I love spending my free time outdoors. This includes: Slopestyle skiing, hunting, surfing, and hiking. I am a proud member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served an LDS Mandarin speeking mission in Oakland/San Francisco, California.
