Hello my name is Izayah Murphy, I am currently going to be a freshman in college attending Heidelberg University. I am a college athlete that participates in football. I am from Lima, Ohio and have 2 siblings. I have been playing organized football since I was 6 years old so I have went through the stages of using protein powders, fitness exercises, creatine, vitamins, etc.
