Biography
I am a heptathlete for the University of Notre Dame track and field team. I love nature and exploring the outdoors, working out, playing sports, and hanging with my family and friends. My faith is very important to me and it is one of the key traits that shape who I am. I love Disney movies and mystery books. I am also fascinated with nutrition and I love exploring healthy new recipes.

I am a 2x National Champion in the pentathlon and a national runner-up in the heptathlon. I was awarded the ACC Excellence Award, and USTFCCCA Great Lakes Field Athlete of the Year (2023). I am a 2x USTFCCCA Women's Scholar Field Athlete of the Year (2023, 2024), and USTFCCCA Greater Lakes Region Women's Field Athlete of the Year (2024). I attained the ACC Women's Indoor Field Performer of the Year (2023, 2024), am a 2x ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2023, 2024), and an Academic All-American. I am a Team USA heptathlete, a 2x Olympic Trials Qualifier (2021, 2024), and I hold two school records for Notre Dame in the pentathlon and heptathlon.
