Biography
My name is Jewel Boland I am originally from Portland Oregon but play soccer at SMU in Dallas. I grew up in a very active household with three older brothers and have been involved with sports my entire life. I started playing soccer at age 4, but I also played basketball, ran track and did tumbling as a child. I love the outdoors, hiking, biking or just chilling at the beach. I love to hang out with friends and get to know others, but I also enjoy sitting down reading a good book.

I played in very competitive soccer clubs growing up winning many state cups, regionals as well as attending national camps. At the junior college called Highline I attended before going to SMU I broke the record for most goals scored, most assists, made the all-star team both seasons, won the conference championship my first year. After a year and a half at Highline I committed to SMU where I currently play. My first year at SMU I made player of the week twice, scored 6 goals in regular season and have been on the leadership council.
