Wichita is broken hearted. The Kansas motto is Ad Astra Per Aspera - to the stars through difficulty. We mourn today for those we lost. Even if you have never lived here, when you are in Wichita you are a Wichitan, and we grieve everyone lost in yesterday's tragedy.
