Jordyn Dorsey

Biography

I am a graduate of Cross Creek High School in Augusta GA, where I graduated as Class of 2021 Valedictorian, while taking college courses during my junior and sophomore years. While serving as the captain of my basketball team, we made it to the semi-finals twice, and we won the state championship during my senior year. I also broke the all-time scoring record with 1,952 points. In addition to playing for my high school team, I also traveled with my AAU team competing against some of the top teams in our region. Now, a Junior at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, I am graduating magna cum laude, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Pre-Med in three years. I am excited to be returning to NC A & T this Fall to pursue a master’s degree. As a student-athlete, I have worked hard to maintain balance on and off the court. In addition to maintaining a 3.7 GPA, I have been recognized on the Dean’s List and Chancellor’s List each semester. On the court, I have consistently worked to improve my stats each season, currently serving as the team Captain.
