✨ Hey! I’m Julia Hintz, a former Division I basketball player at Cleveland State University, where I competed for four years and had the opportunity to play on the March Madness stage. I also hold my high school’s all-time records in both scoring and assists. Since graduating, I’ve found a new passion in fitness and now compete in HYROX events across the country, embracing the challenge, community, and lifestyle that come with it. I’m passionate about creating content that’s fun, inspiring, and authentic, and I love sharing the journey of life after sports. From training and competition to travel and everyday moments, I strive to build a space that motivates others to chase their goals and enjoy the process.
