Hi, I'm Kat! I'm a former TYR Pro and U.S. Open qualifier in women's swimming turned Masters swimmer and SAHM. I absolutely love sharing about brands that maximize athletic performance and make life easier as a mom on the go. If I'm not baby-wrangling or typing up a storm, you can usually find me training in the pool, lifting weights, or chugging an extra large coffee.
