
I’m a competitive thrower and personal trainer who’s really passionate about getting stronger, moving better, and seeing what I’m capable of. Throwing has taught me a lot about discipline, patience, and what it means to keep showing up even when progress feels slow. I love the process of learning new things, fixing small details, and pushing myself to improve every day. As a trainer, I enjoy helping people build confidence in the gym and understand their bodies better. I like making training feel simple, realistic, and something people can actually stick with. Strength and fitness changed my life, so being able to help others experience that is really important to me. I’m someone who cares about growth, staying consistent, and giving full effort in whatever I do. Whether I’m training, competing, or coaching, I try to bring positive energy and be someone others can look up to.
