Biography

Hi, my name is Landon Helms. I've been doing track for 7 years now and absolutely love it. I was raised in a small farming town in Idaho so I know how to work and I love doing things that challenge me. I love the outdoors and being active. I love my dog Jax and enjoy spending time going on adventures with friends. I also love to create social media content to help inspire and educate others. I am most happy when I am able to make a change and inspire others.
