Lois Cook

Biography

Lois Cook is one of the world's foremost advocates for women and girls in football. She is the first international ambassador for the Women's Gridiron Foundation and is a prominent vision of passion and success for all. Lois began her football career in 2002 and is currently a Wide Receiver, Team Vice President, Speaker, TV Personality, Red Carpet Host, Got Milk? Athlete, and coach with NFL Alumni Academy. In addition to participating in the sport, she also runs the Lois Cook Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing the game and supporting women and youth in football.
