I did not start taking my athletic career seriously until I started High School. I started my high school career at Lithia Springs High School for their boys soccer team. Dealing with some personal issues, I had to transfer to the midwest (Minnesota). I lived with my dad in Minnesota and attended school at Mankato East High School. I played soccer and ran track for MEHS for the 3 years I attended the school. During my career there I was a varsity letterman for both sports and scored a total of 15 goals and assisted 10 times throughout my career. I ran track on the side to help become an overall better athlete and it helped. For my collegiate status I first attended a Junior College named North Iowa Area Community College in the ICCAC. I was a true freshman when I arrived playing every game and starting in 15 of those matches. Sophomore season was the same I played and started in every match which helped me gain interest from multiple NCAA and NAIA offers. In the end I decided to accept a scholarship offer from Shaw University to continue my academic and athletic career.
