Nate Chen

Biography

Nate Chen is in his fifth year of Formula Drift PROSPEC. He finished in 7th place in the 2023 Formula Drift PROSPEC championship, marking a fourth consecutive year of improvement in the championship rankings. He won the 2024 Etown Gambler Championship with 2 wins and 2 runner ups in the four event series. Nate began his Formula Drift journey in 2007 as a spectator of the sport and became one of the youngest media credential holders, covering Wall Speedway from 2010 – 2012 for various teams and media outlets. Outside of Formula DRIFT, Nate is a venerable Defense & Government Technology investor. Prior to his career in investing, he was an investment banker in New York, advising companies within the Consumer sector on M&A and public and private capital raises. He graduated from the College of William & Mary with a BBA in Finance and resides in Washington, D.C.
