Biography

Hi!! I am a Track and Field athlete specializing in the 400m and 800m, driven by discipline and mental toughness. Alongside athletics, I’m a psychology major with a strong interest in understanding the mental side of performance and motivation. I strive to apply psychological principles both on and off the track, using mindset, focus, and self-awareness to continually grow as an athlete and as a student, with hopes to pursue a career in Sports Psychology. I would love to use my platform to inspire and motivate others!
