Hi! My name is Paige Laffoon and I am a multi-event Track & Field athlete at the University of Central Florida, studying Marketing and Real Estate. Living an active lifestyle is a huge part of who I am, whether I’m training on the track, lifting, or enjoying the outdoors. I love making memories, exploring new places, and spending time with the people I love. Outside of athletics, creativity is where I come alive. I enjoy crafting, picking up new hobbies, and appreciating the little details that make life beautiful. Shopping, traveling, and quality time with loved ones are some of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge. But above all, my identity is rooted in my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My faith guides me daily as I grow, strive to be the best version of myself, and uplift others. I’m grateful for every opportunity, every blessing, and the journey I’m on right now.
