Biography
My name is Roland McCoy, and I am enrolled at The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. I have an associate’s degree in general studies from Iowa Western Community College with the Highest Honors of a 3.95 GPA. I graduated in December of 2024 here at UAFS with a bachelor’s of science in Organizational Leadership with a 3.9 GPA. I come from a background of struggle, and have always had the mentality to work and earn everything. I am extremely open, welcoming, and I have a liveliness to me that is extremely contagious. I am always open to new opportunities!
