Biography

Hi, My name is Tristan McCraw, I am a student-athlete, studying Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Business Management at Texas State University, in San Marcos, Texas. I participate in NCAA D-1 baseball at this university that has a student population nearing 40,000. As of July 1st, 2021, the NCAA implemented new Name Image Likeness (NIL) guidelines, allowing athletes to profit and endorse companies/products with their name, image, and/or likeness. This has been a breakthrough for us athletes. In regards to the potential of endorsing your company/product, here are a few numbers that will reference the possible reach that can be done for your company: - 1.) Texas State University Student Population: 40,000 - 2.) College Sports Fans: 182,000,000 (Forbes) - 3.) College Baseball Fans: Over 30,000,000 (NCAA) amassed more than 30million views during the playoffs alone. - 4.) College baseball is one of the fastest growing fan bases in sports with a 30% increase in viewership from 2020 to 2021 (ESPN). - 5.) More than 85% of NCAA D-1 baseball games are broadcasted on television, creating more viewership and exposure. I’ve premiered on National Television as well, reaching an audience at the time that was larger than a million. (Can provide a graphic that ESPN had actually made for me as I was pitching on live television upon request). As you can see, I have a large audience that is truly interested in my content, and have appeared nationally.
