In this meeting you will develop your own taste in coffee and ultimately decide the coffee you would like to serve first and how you would like it packaged. In this meeting, we present the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) formula spreadsheet and walk you through the essentials of producing a product to the desired specifications and the relationship this has to the customers’ price and your profit margin.
