THE JOB

We are looking for female athletes to create content representing the Sport Bigs mission, helping young athletes embrace their power and athlete identity! Sadly, young female athletes are dropping out of sports or worse yet, not trying them at all, at alarming rates, and way more than boys.

You will share the mission and products on Instagram. We are looking to repurpose this content, as well as have it shared with your audiences. We are offering a stipend and additional compensation from direct sales.

We are looking for athletes who believe in the power of owning who they are, loving their athletic bodies, and seeing their BIG potential in sports and themselves.

Content can be simple and fun, but should also be authentic and thoughtful - talking about the mission and current Sport Bigs that we offer or why you decided to partner with Sport Bigs, you have creator freedom.

Please tag @sportbigs on any applicable social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

THE MISSION

As a brand on a mission to become the #1 sponsor of women’s sports in the world, and paying female athletes - of all gender identities, shapes and types - what they deserve, Sport Bigs wants ambassadors who also believe in championing the commercial power of women’s sports, including more sponsorships, more media exposure, and more sports journalism for women’s sports.

At Sport Bigs, we want female athletes to think BIG, dream BIG and play BIG. Let’s work together to celebrate athletes in women’s sports and inspire kids with unique, inspirational toys to get them feeling great about the opportunities in women’s sports at an early age.

THE FOUNDER

Pam Kosanke is Sport Bigs’ visionary, multi-sport Team USA member and 6x competitor in world championships in softball, rugby, and long-distance aquabike. Sports made her the confident, competitive, and accomplished leader that she is today. But as a young athlete, she couldn’t find any sports toys modeled after women.

Today, it gives her so much joy to partner with the world’s best athletes to help every child learn about hard work and the relentless pursuit of their dreams. As a mom to an 11-year-old boy, this idea hits home and has given Pam even more inspiration to make a Big impact.

One of Pam’s coaches used to tell her that her job as a captain was to make everyone around her play better. She takes that to heart in everything she does, and we hope Sport Bigs teaches you to do the same. Go BIG!
